Tom Todd
Vice President, Operations
| Tom Todd has more than twenty-five years of technical, management, and consulting experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications fields, with the last fifteen years focused on wire line and wireless carriers in the US and overseas. As VP of Operations, Mr. Todd oversees all customer support and deployment activities and manages relationships with mPortal’s partners to ensure effective implementation and ongoing operations for all mPortal clients. Prior to joining mPortal, Mr. Todd led the application definition and deployment effort for a worldwide contact center upgrade at AOL, designed to insure regulatory compliance. In his previous roles for Teligent, a US competitive local exchange carrier, he successfully fulfilled positions instrumental in the successful definition, build-out, and ongoing operations of their OSS, BSS, and internal computing infrastructure, culminating in his leadership of all IT and Billing operations for Teligent.
| His additional experience includes technical, engineering support, and management roles for contact center solutions developed by EIS International and wireless billing solutions provided worldwide by Computer Sciences Corporation.
