mPortal, Inc congratulates Alliance Municipal Electric System on Winning QUALCOMM 3g-cdmA-List Award

Vienna, Va., 10/25/2004 - mPortal congratulates Alliance Municipal Electric System (AMES) for being recognized at QUALCOMM's second annual 3g-cdmA-List™ Awards during CTIA Wireless IT & Entertainment 2004 in San Francisco.
