Test Lead

Experience Requirements:

  • Should have around 5-7 years of experience in software testing/ leading test teams (should have had at least 2 years of experience in leading a team of 5 to 10 members).
  • Experience with various testing methodologies.
  • Experience in testing mobile (iPhone/ BlackBerry/ Android) applications. Should have had at least 1-2 years of experience in testing iPhone/ BlackBerry/ Android applications.
  • Experience in testing Java/J2EE applications.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing Test Cases.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • Thorough knowledge of DBMS (Oracle preferably), UNIX/Solaris, Bug tracking systems, any Version control systems.
  • Good understanding of Application/Web servers.
  • Experience in Test Automation tools, especially open source tools will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience working directly with customers is a must.
  • Should have a valid passport.
