Test Engineer            

The Test Engineer will be a member of the multi-location mPortal Product Development Team and/or the Product Implementation Team based at mPortal's location in Bangalore, India.


Job Description:

· Understand product requirements
· Develop and execute test cases and report the test results to the
  Test Lead as per the project timelines
· Report issues in bug tracking tool and verify the same on resolution
· Setup test instance (may be required to do this at times)

Experience Requirements:

· Testing experience in complex J2EE environments involving
  multiple server-side components
· Testing experience with handset technologies (J2ME etc) strongly
  preferred.
· Test Cases preparation and execution
· Test Instance and Test Bed setup
· Experience in automation testing - Winrunner, QTP, Silk Test, JUnit,
  etc (solid experience with any one of the tools specified is
  preferred)
· Webservers, Application servers, starting/stopping servers,
  configuring web applications
